My Path to Coaching

About me

I'm Pablo Leonforte, a certified Professional Life Coach, Reiki Level 3 practitioner, and Akashic Records Level 1 reader. I also work as an Engineering Manager in the tech industry, navigating high-pressure environments.

My own journey into healing work was shaped by my own experience of burnout, lack of purpose and the relentless drive for external success.

My personal interests are Mindfulness, Psychology, Alternative Therapies and Science. I keep a growth-mindset, and I'm committed to expanding my knowledge continuously by taking courses, reading books and listening to podcasts on these areas.

My Story

My Path to Life Coaching

I was born in Argentina, where I studied computer science and learned to think logically, build things, and solve problems. After graduating, I moved to New Zealand and began my career in the tech industry. Eventually, life brought me to Sydney, where I worked my way up to becoming a tech manager, where I mentor and coach people in their professional careers.

On the surface, I had everything I thought I needed: a good job, freedom, and the chance to travel. Like many gay men, I spent my free time partying, dating, exploring the world, and yet, something always felt missing. Even after two long-term relationships and all the success, a quiet emptiness remained.

Then, through a series of what I can only describe as "happy coincidences", I was led back to something deeper, my inner world. I reconnected with meditation and spirituality, and began healing parts of myself I didn't know needed attention. I reconnected with my purpose in life: bring light to people's lives.

This path brought me to powerful tools like Reiki, Akashic Records Readings, NLP, and Tarot as ways to understand, grow, and transform. I also embraced a holistic approach to wellness: nourishing my body through healthy eating and regular exercise, to quietness and stillness for the mind and spirit. These practices became essential pillars in my own healing journey.

Now, as a coach, I help people (especially those in the LGBTQ+ community) reclaim their own power, align with their purpose, and find meaning beyond the surface. Because I've been there too. And I know that real change starts from within.
